Shipping Policy

We ship our products. It takes 3-5 days for shipping. We use independent contractors with 2-4 pallet trucks to ship our products as they are usually heavy. Shipping starts from $150, depending on the size of the product (pallet size) and distance, IT WILL VARY. Please make sure your address is right during the order and call our office phone 02 9790 1759 during the office time to make sure your order delivery is right.

For interstate shipping; customers can arrange their own transport or we can arrange a third party transport company. In that case, customer has to bear the cost of the transport.  

Return & Exchange Policy

For any return or exchange, the product must be unused and unopened. Customer must contact our office within 1 day to inform us. Then we can manage it depending on the circumstances.
